- Over 5+ years of Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehousing expertise, with a proven track record of leading and scaling analytics engineering teams.
- Strong analytics engineering, data infrastructure, and data architecture skills, with a deep understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling analytics engineering teams, with a strong vision for data engineering and a passion for innovation.
- Strong operational skills to drive efficiency and speed, with a focus on project management, system reliability, and data quality.

- Hands-on development experience in at least one object-oriented language, Python or Java, with a strong understanding of data engineering principles and practices.
- Expert SQL proficiency, with a proven track record of designing well-architected data models, optimizing query performance, and documenting code.
- Experience and strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts, big data technologies, and analytics platforms, with a focus on data engineering and data science.
- Experience implementing and/or owning enterprise BI tooling, such as Looker, Tableau, or similar visualization/dashboarding tool, with a focus on data engineering and data science.
- Experience working with DBT or similar analytics workflow tools, as well as airflow and git workflows, with a focus on data engineering and data science.
- Project management experience, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and on budget.
- Holds a BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or a related technical field, with a strong understanding of data engineering principles and practices.
Faire provides a competitive salary range of $167,000 to $230,000 per year, as well as equity and benefits. We also offer a flexible work model that allows employees to choose how they work, whether that's mainly in the office, remotely, or a mix of both.
