About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Fresh Industries Inc. as a key member of our sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and Quote Prices: Develop and present pricing strategies to clients, taking into account credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Oversee Sales and Orders: Manage the preparation and execution of sales and orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Identify and Solicit Potential Clients: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to attract and retain new clients.
  • Assess Client Needs and Resources: Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend the most suitable goods or services to meet client requirements.
  • Deliver Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our products and services.
  • Represent Companies in International Trade: Act as a representative of Fresh Industries Inc. in international trade, promoting our products and services to clients in foreign markets.
  • Conduct Sales Transactions: Manage the sales process from initial contact to final sale, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions.
  • Use Sales Forecasting Software: Utilize sales forecasting software to analyze market trends and predict future sales performance.
  • Conduct Sales Transactions through E-commerce: Manage online sales transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders.
  • Provide Input into Product Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide input on product design, ensuring that products meet client needs and requirements.
  • Consult with Clients after Sale: Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients after the sale, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Supervise Activities of Other Sales Specialists: Lead and manage a team of sales specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful sales performance.
  • Plan, Develop, and Implement Training Sessions: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in an international trade environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Spanish (Castilian).
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and Zoho CRM.
  • Area of Specialization: E-commerce.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail, and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Strong client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, reliable, team player, initiative, and positive attitude.
