Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Branch Compliance Auditor to enhance our Compliance team. This role will report directly to the Compliance Manager and is pivotal in ensuring that our branch operations adhere to industry regulations and internal policies. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel to various branch locations across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the Compliance Audit Program across our branch offices nationwide.
- Conduct thorough on-site evaluations of branch documentation, completed assessments, and operational protocols to ensure alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate individual meetings and discussions with branch leadership and staff.
- Organize and lead the company’s Annual Compliance Training Sessions.
- Adhere to established modules from the Compliance Audit Program.
- Effectively communicate audit results to branch leadership and compliance management.
- Complete additional reviews and projects as required in a timely manner.
Travel Requirements:
This position necessitates travel to domestic branch locations, estimated at 40% of the time.
Qualifications:
- Two to three years of experience in Compliance, Auditing, or the Financial Services sector.
- Familiarity with the regulations set forth by relevant financial authorities.
- Possession of FINRA Series 7 certification is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow procedures and directives.
- Proficient in technology, particularly MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Capable of engaging professionally with all levels of staff and clients.
Compensation:
For positions based in specific regions, we provide a competitive salary range reflective of the role's responsibilities and the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additional compensation may be available in the form of performance bonuses.
