World Gym Québec is seeking a dedicated and passionate Fitness Enthusiast to join our team as a Member Service Representative (night).

We are committed to providing accessible fitness solutions and fostering a welcoming environment for all. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our gym.

Your Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist clients with their inquiries and needs.
• Handle incoming calls and provide prompt and helpful responses.
• Promote membership options and additional services, guiding clients towards suitable fitness solutions.
• Coordinate consultations between clients and personal trainers, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Cultivate a positive and encouraging atmosphere for all members.
• Manage administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.

What We Look For:

• A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven sales skills with a track record of success in promoting products or services.
• Fluency in both French and English, both written and spoken.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
