Your role as a trusted advisor will involve delivering comprehensive and customized financial insights that empower clients to make confident decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct client-facing engagement teams to execute intricate audit, review, and compliance tax projects, alongside budgeting, internal controls, and financial transactions.
  • Provide expert industry and technical knowledge in audit and assurance through client interactions, detailed reports, management presentations, and the production of high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, gaining insights into their business operations, identifying key risks, and delivering additional value; ensure that client needs are met while fostering relationship growth.
  • Oversee engagement planning and scheduling, as well as project financials including budgets, work in progress, timely billing, collections, and variance recognition.
  • Uphold quality control standards and utilize specialized knowledge to foresee, identify, and resolve issues pertinent to the client's business, financial entries, and reports.
  • Engage with the local business community to explore business development opportunities and assist in crafting competitive proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Contribute to strategic and operational planning concerning client and practice management, while developing innovative ideas and methodologies to enhance work processes.
  • Mentor and coach team members, promoting their professional and personal growth by establishing clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Maintain a willingness to travel as necessary.

Required Skills and Experience

  • CPA designation is essential.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in public accounting.
  • In-depth understanding of business, accounting, management, and practice development principles.
  • Demonstrated skills in people management, relationship building, and leadership.
  • Strong capabilities in strategic planning and conceptual thinking.
