Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Canadian National Railway. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues, such as engine problems and transmission malfunctions.
  • Conduct safety inspections on vehicles to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve maintenance goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a maintenance or repair role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Work Environment

As an Automotive Technician at Canadian National Railway, you will work in a garage or outdoor setting, exposed to dust, noise, and extreme temperatures. You must be willing to relocate for this position and be available for shift or on-call work.
