Job Title: Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at 3A Management Corp.

Job Summary

The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or executive staff and delegate authority
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Work Environment

The Executive Director will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and tight deadlines.

Experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent position
  • 35 hours per week
