Baker Job Description

Casarap Corporation is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Bake mixed dough and batters
  • Prepare special orders
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas
  • Operate machinery
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
