Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Supervisor to join our team at Fed Finance. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the payroll department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for over 600 employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the payroll department, including 2 employees
  • Process payroll for unionized, non-unionized, and CCQ employees
  • Manage CCQ reports and remittances
  • Prepare month-end remittances, DAS, and CNESST reports
  • Implement process improvements and internal controls
  • Process T4 remittances and statements
  • Perform other related tasks as required
Requirements
  • Experience in the construction industry (highly desirable)
  • Experience in employee management and supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive and productive work atmosphere
