Retail Store Manager

S.P. Importers Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Merchandising: Plan and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted, and that stockroom is organized and maintained.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Supervision: 5-10 people
- Area of Specialization: Retail store
