Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment and School Relations Specialist to join our Human Capital department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to build strong relationships with educational institutions and promoting our brand to potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- School Relations
- Develop and implement a school relations strategy to identify and develop partnerships with educational institutions.
- Identify and propose job fairs and recruitment events to promote our brand and services.
- Manage the recruitment process for all Intelcom interns and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Job Fairs and Recruitment Events
- Develop and implement a job fair strategy to promote our brand and services to potential candidates.
- Identify and propose job fairs and recruitment events to promote our brand and services.
- Manage the logistics and organization of job fairs and recruitment events.
- Candidate Community and Social Media
- Create and manage online communities to engage with potential candidates and promote our brand.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to promote our brand and services to potential candidates.
- Manage the creation and publication of job postings on our career site and other job boards.
- Qualifications and Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Bilingual (English and French) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time and autonomy while being receptive to the unexpected.
- Demonstrate flexibility, collaboration, and initiative, always with a positive attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
