Job Title: Environmental Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to join our team at Pinchin Ltd. As a key member of our environmental consulting group, you will be responsible for managing projects related to environmental due diligence and remediation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Direct and support projects seeking Certificates of Compliance and other legal instruments from the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy
  • Prepare reports with recommendations and ensure effective communication with clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of our environmental consulting services
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science (Environmental or Earth Sciences preferred) or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Science
  • 8 - 15 years' experience within environmental consulting
  • Experience with conducting and managing Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments for transactional due diligence or development purposes
  • Experience with conducting Stage 1 and 2 Preliminary Site Investigations and Detailed Site Investigations in support of obtaining a legal instrument in accordance with the BC Environmental Management Act
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
