- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with staff members, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail management role

- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
