Job Title: Family Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Caregiver to join our team at Mordecai Schlisser. As a Family Caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician
  • Provide companionship and social support
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Perform other tasks as required to support the client's needs
Requirements:
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the job
Work Environment:

Our clients live in their own homes, and as a Family Caregiver, you will work in a variety of settings, including private homes and community facilities.

Language:

English or French

Hours of Work:

40 to 50 hours per week
