We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at SE Health in the Niagara Region. As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives by providing person-centered care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans to address identified needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care and support.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
