Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our data architecture and analytics capabilities.
As a Senior Data Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines, repositories, and transformations to support our customer-facing products, internal tools, and business analytics.
You will work closely with our Lead Data Engineer and engineers from multiple teams to define, design, and implement scalable and reliable products and features that utilize data to improve healthcare outcomes for the elderly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data pipelines and repositories using AWS and database technologies
- Develop analytical tools to provide actionable insights into key metrics for healthcare professionals and executives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data for understanding care quality trends
- Develop tests to validate results and ensure high code and data quality
- Document changes and write technical specifications to maintain and improve systems
Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional software development experience in a SaaS company, preferably in a startup environment
- Proven track record of implementing and supporting data storage and pipeline solutions
- Proficiency with Python and PySpark in a data engineering context
- Proficiency with SQL and database concepts and tools
- Experience with data analytics technologies and tools, such as Looker
