Job Summary:

The Head Cashier will be responsible for overseeing the cash handling operations of our retail store, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Handling: Manage cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train cashiers, ensuring they meet performance standards and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
Work Environment:

Our retail store is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
