Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispatch tow trucks to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinate with tow truck operators to ensure accurate and timely completion of towing services
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of towing services, including customer information and service details
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of towing services
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a dispatch or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
