Work Environment

The position is primarily outdoors, requiring physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan layout and installation methods for tent setups
  • Accurately measure and mark guidelines for installations
  • Prepare and manage necessary materials and supplies
  • Load and unload equipment and supplies from trucks
  • Oversee and coordinate the efforts of other team members
  • Utilize a variety of hand and power tools effectively
  • Construct and install scaffolding and other support structures
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Ability to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking
  • Capable of standing for extended periods
  • Comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling
