Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at Dirox Canada Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Supervise other technical support workers in this group
  • Provide business systems, network, and internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
