Contexte

L'école est un lieu d'apprentissage et de croissance pour les élèves. Cependant, certains d'entre eux peuvent rencontrer des difficultés d'adaptation qui nécessitent un soutien spécifique.

Objectifs

Le poste de psychoéducateur ou psychoéducatrice consiste à fournir un soutien et un accompagnement aux élèves qui présentent des difficultés d'adaptation. Les objectifs de ce poste sont de:

  • Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de plans d'intervention psychoéducative pour les élèves en difficulté
  • Contribuer au dépistage et à la reconnaissance des élèves vivant des difficultés
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe multidisciplinaire pour élaborer et réviser les plans d'intervention des élèves
  • Accompagner et conseiller les écoles et les parents d'élèves en difficulté d'adaptation

Compétences requises

Pour occuper ce poste, vous devez avoir:

  • Une formation en psychoéducation ou un diplôme équivalent
  • Une expérience dans le domaine de la psychoéducation ou un domaine connexe
  • Des compétences en communication et en travail d'équipe
  • Une capacité à travailler avec des élèves de diverses âges et niveaux de difficulté
