Medical Director

Soterius, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Medical Doctor to join our team as a Medical Director. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting medical reviews of aggregate reports and managing related signal activities.
Key Responsibilities- Medical Review and Signal Management: Conduct thorough medical reviews of aggregate reports, including PBRER/DSUR/PADER, and manage related signal activities, such as screening scientific literature for periodic submissions.
- Medical Assessments and Health Authority Responses: Contribute medical assessments for aggregate reports and health authority responses on safety-related topics.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with the Product Leader for product signalling data review, analysis, and timely communication of findings.
- Safety Governance and Risk Minimization: Participate in safety governance meetings and external discussions, such as DMC and Adjudication Committee, and work alongside Safety Scientists, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to implement risk minimization measures.
- Regulatory Document Management: Manage and review safety sections of regulatory documents and processes, assuming RMP authoring ownership.
- Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor new employees in aggregate report writing and relevant pharmacovigilance activities, as needed.
- Administrative Duties: Carry out necessary administrative duties and other tasks as assigned by management.
