About the Role

Community Living BC is seeking a highly skilled Financial Compliance Auditor to join our Risk and Compliance team. As a Financial Compliance Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity of our organization and our service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform financial audits and reviews to ensure compliance with contractual and reporting requirements.
  • Analyze financial information and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement recommendations to improve financial processes and controls.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of audit findings.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing or financial compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
