Job Title: High Caliber Security Guard

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing proactive and reactive security patrols and response to incidents. You will work closely with our team to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive and reactive security patrols and response to incidents
  • Write reports and investigate routine incidents
  • Respond to coded emergencies in a quick and efficient manner
  • Display excellent customer service skills and work with people who are under stress or in need of medical assistance
  • Be physically fit and able to stand and walk for long periods of time
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Computer literacy
  • Ability to obtain the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CPG) clearance
  • Ability to sit/stand and walk throughout the building
  • Ability to walk/climb stairs, push min. 25lbs
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a security role is required
  • A Valid Ontario Security Guard License
  • CPR C (from a WSIB provider)
  • Proficient in English (both oral and written)
  • COVID Double Vaccination
  • Customer Service Experience is considered an asset

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED

Certification Requirements:

First Aid, CPR Level C, COVID Double Vaccinated, Valid Ontario Security License
