Job SummaryWe are seeking a Stock Associate to join our team in Vancouver. As a Stock Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales floor and maintaining an orderly stockroom. You will be responsible for receiving and processing shipments, pricing and merchandising products, and communicating with store leaders and retail partners.
Key Responsibilities- Be knowledgeable about Eileen Fisher's apparel, fabrics, brand messages, and values.
- Provide excellent customer service and support the sales floor as needed.
- Assist with day-to-day store operations, including receiving product, unpacking and processing shipments, and shipping packages.
- Maintain an orderly stockroom and communicate best practices to store leaders and retail partners.
- Ensure the store is continually replenished with products and store supplies.
- Contribute to a safe and clean store environment.
- Retail experience or service industry background required.
- 1-2 years sales and/or stock experience required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and walk/stand for long periods of time.
