Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Wild Wing Mississauga. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and service of food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Staff Supervision: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
  • Team Management: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 36 hours per week.
