Job Summary:

The Server will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer complaints in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning the dining area.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage service role an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
Working Conditions:

The Server will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a high level of customer interaction. The ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment is essential.
