Retail Store Manager

As a Store Manager in Training with Ricki's, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional brand experience for our customers shopping with us in store. You'll partner with the Store Manager to lead all aspects of the store's business and support day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and grow with our training and development programs
- Comprehensive benefit plan for full-time team members
- Flexible scheduling and shifts
- Maintain all aspects of day-to-day store operations, including achieving sales goals and ensuring excellent customer experiences
- Oversee business operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Drive business results through coaching and encouraging customer-focused sales associates and leaders
- Promote the brand through knowledge and understanding of our product, business, and values
- Execute all merchandising, marketing, and visual presentation aspects of the store according to our standards and directives
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers
- Secure company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness
- Provide leadership to the store team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to your team so they can achieve great results
