Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Costa Sorrento. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the bar area, including inventory, ordering, and stock control.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and other beverages to our guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits, with the ability to create innovative and classic drinks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
