About the Role

The Senior Manager of Operational Non-Financial Risk Programs will lead one or more of the Operational Non-Financial Risk (ONFR) core programs, including Issues Management, Loss Event Management, ONFR Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and ONFR Risk Governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and prioritize operational risks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures
  • Monitor and report on operational risk metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure effective risk management practices
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operational risk management, preferably in a financial institution
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex risk data and develop effective risk management strategies
  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulations
