Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean and well-maintained.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Assist in the daily housekeeping operations, including linen distribution, trash removal, and restocking of amenities.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their requests and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations and achieve high standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations, including unexpected guest requests or last-minute room assignments.
Work Environment

As a Housekeeping Associate, you will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, interacting with guests, colleagues, and management. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
