Moneris is seeking a seasoned Product Director to lead the development of our digital solutions and online portals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the product life cycle management for a portfolio of mass market digital solutions and online portals focused on enabling commerce for Canadian businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a clear vision for the Digital Experience Family Roadmap and create business cases for introducing new functionality and retiring outdated or redundant features.
- Perform the role of Family Product Owner in agile teams, defining and prioritizing product requirements that form the Product set within the Digital Experience Family.
- Lead Senior Product Managers & Product Managers who oversee the product life cycle for individual product teams within your portfolio and work with important partners to develop new products and features.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to develop solutions and go-to-market activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with other Product Management teams to identify gaps across portfolios and align Roadmap items with Product gaps.
- Work with Sales and Marketing on product positioning, go-to-market approach, and identifying new markets and segments for our solutions.
- Maintain visibility to project scopes, schedules, and cost implications associated with new products or releases.
- Responsible for aggregate Product P&L and measuring the success of products in the Digital Experience Portfolio.
