Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate call lists and open shift lists to meet coverage requirements.
  • Communicate with employees, clients, and site leaderships to ensure effective scheduling.
  • Record and track statistics, ensuring all casual employees are actively working.
  • Maintain inactive employees and employee availabilities.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and in emergency situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team setting and demonstrate high customer service skills.
  • Scheduling and security experience is an asset.
