Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
Culinary Operations ManagementOversee the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
Supply Chain ManagementSource and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies, maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Team LeadershipLead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties to the highest standards.
Inventory ManagementManage inventory levels, ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are properly stored, rotated, and utilized to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
Health and SafetyEnsure that all kitchen operations are conducted in a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Quality ControlConduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and safety.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
