Key Responsibilities:
  1. Efficiently process a variety of prescriptions to maintain workflow.
  2. Prepare pharmaceutical compounds, mixtures, and items requiring temperature control.
  3. Package medications in blister packs.
  4. Deliver completed products according to established schedules.
  5. Address minor issues with appropriate follow-up.

  7. Organize workstations and manage inventory shelves effectively.
  8. Maintain adequate supplies and materials.
  9. Engage in some aspects of prescription information management.
  10. Recognize liability associated with the services provided.
  11. Foster a workplace culture of inclusiveness and belonging.
Qualifications:
  1. Strong communication and customer service skills.
  2. Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  3. Adaptability to changing environments.
  4. Experience in a fast-paced setting where attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
  5. Ability to work efficiently for extended periods.
  6. Positive, cooperative, and team-oriented mindset.
  7. High School Diploma.
  8. Experience in Hospital or Long Term Care Pharmacy settings.
  9. Background in retail pharmacy operations.
  10. Pharmacy Technician Diploma from an accredited institution is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation: The hiring range is $23.65 / $17.40 - $23.65 per hour. A candidate's experience and knowledge, as well as the geographical region of the position, may influence the compensation offered.
