Job Summary

Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve academic success and develop a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs for students of all ages and abilities
  • Work closely with centre staff, teachers, and parents to ensure a seamless learning experience
  • Assess student needs and create personalized learning plans
  • Collaborate with community members to promote our programs and services
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to students and their families
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum university degree in Education or a related field
  • Strong secondary school mathematics skills and additional language(s) spoken are an asset
  • Experience working in an educational environment with medium to large student bodies
  • Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office and online communication apps
  • Excellent phone skills and customer service experience
