Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Cqueen Enterprise Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and facing merchandise.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
