Job Title: Pharmacy Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, to support the pharmacy team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter patient profiles, medication histories, and other relevant prescription information into the system
  • Analyze available information and problem-solve to ensure accurate data entry
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts regarding patient information and medical data
  • Update and maintain patient databases
  • Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
  • Experience in data entry using Kroll in a non-retail or high-volume retail setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as computer skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Deadline-oriented and strong prioritization skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
