About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Neptune Retail Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Management: Arrange and maintain product displays according to planograms, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Supplier Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating and managing inventory levels to meet business needs.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Technical Requirements
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using the internet, MS Excel, and MS Word to manage inventory, track sales, and maintain accurate records.
Work Environment
  • Work Setting: Urban area with various locations, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
  • Transportation: Own transportation and a valid driver's license are required, with travel expenses paid by the employer.
