We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Onyx Stones & Custom Cabinets Ltd. as a Precision Fabrication Specialist.
Key Responsibilities- Interpretation and Execution
- Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to ensure accurate production.
- Set up and adjust production machinery/tools to meet precise specifications.
- Quality Control and Assurance
- Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate measurements.
- Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments.
- Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances.
- Manufacturing and Production
- Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce high-quality parts.
- Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance.
- Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports.
- Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Perform repetitive tasks that require attention to detail.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in CNC machining.
- Permanent employment with a standard 40-hour workweek.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
