About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Architect to join our team at Saaska Software Inc. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and document user requirements to ensure accurate system design
  • Coordinate the development, installation, integration, and operation of computer-based systems
  • Define system functionality and develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify solutions
  • Develop process and network models to optimize architecture and develop software solutions by studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes
  • Evaluate the performance and reliability of system designs and execute full lifecycle software development
  • Plan every step of the integration of a computer-based system and prepare plans to maintain software
  • Research technical information to design, develop, and test computer-based systems and synthesize technical information for every phase of the cycle of a computer-based system
  • Upgrade and maintain software and lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in software development and architecture
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing, Spring Framework, Linux, Java, JavaScript, JSP, SQL, database software, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Python
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
