Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Printing Production Operator at EPAK INC. to manage and oversee our printing processes effectively. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal education required
  • Experience: Training will be provided
Key Responsibilities
  • Install and adjust printing plates or cylinders as necessary
  • Analyze job orders to ascertain production timelines, color sequences, and required quantities
  • Fill ink reservoirs and regulate color and viscosity levels
  • Prepare the press and conduct initial runs at a reduced speed to verify sample quality
  • Continuously monitor the printing process for quality assurance using a computerized control console
  • Disassemble and clean plates and cylinders following the completion of print runs
