Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Mechanic Maintenance Class B to perform routine maintenance tasks on our equipment and systems. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of our Maintenance Supervisor and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Apply safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
- Meet performance targets set by the Maintenance Supervisor
- Evaluate equipment needs to minimize downtime
- Participate in team improvement initiatives
- Operate various equipment, including cranes, forklifts, and compressors
- Utilize our maintenance data system to track and manage equipment
Requirements
- Diploma in Industrial Mechanics (an asset)
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems
- Availability for occasional overtime
- Ability to work in various environments
- Good physical fitness
- Flexibility and adaptability
