Essential Qualifications and Skills- A genuine passion for customer service, demonstrated through previous roles, with a strong focus on customer-centric practices. Experience in sales and business development is advantageous.

- Engaging with potential clients through various channels to identify their pre-arrangement needs.
- Effectively communicating the details of our Pre-Need Funeral Planning program.

- Delivering presentations to community groups, organizing seminars, and promoting our pre-need offerings.
- Coordinating events at our facilities, including guest speakers and collaborative programs.
- Ensuring all documentation is accurately completed and maintained in accordance with company policies.
- Participating in regular meetings with staff to share insights and updates regarding client interactions and new leads.
- Performing additional tasks or projects as needed.
