Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of retail salespersons and sales clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage Sales and Operations: Oversee the sales floor, including merchandise display, inventory management, and cash handling. Ensure that all sales and operational tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset. Permanent position with 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
Our retail store is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure, manage cash, and maintain a high level of attention to detail. You will also be required to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
