We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at DaSilva and Associates Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Education and Experience: A college diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field, combined with 5 years or more of experience in a maintenance supervisory role.
- Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Facilities Management: Experience with facilities management software and systems, including maintenance scheduling and work order management.
- Health and Safety: Strong understanding of health and safety protocols and procedures, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment.
- Financial Management: Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring efficient use of maintenance resources.
