Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dealer Registration Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for collecting and processing legal forms, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and process legal forms in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Update and enter new data on the computer in a prescribed format
  • Perform filing and administrative duties as required
  • Assist with daily auction day duties as needed
  • Answer customer inquiries through email, phone calls, or in person
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent in education
  • 2-4 years of experience in retail or hospitality industry (considered an asset)
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Detailed, accurate, and thorough with follow-through
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time, and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn multiple systems
