About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Recruitment Partners Inc. in Edmonton. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business and driving growth through strategic planning and sales development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reports, and measures, and take appropriate actions to achieve goals and targets.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize sales and revenue growth.
  • Identify new product and service offerings to expand our business portfolio.
  • Seek out networking opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager or a similar role managing a team is an asset.
  • Proven track record of managing and building an expanding sales team with the ability to identify new product and service offerings.
  • Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is an asset.
  • Background in Electrical System Operations and Sales is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with Hospitals, Electrical Consultants, Electrical Contractors, and General Building Contractors is an asset.
  • Experience with construction drawings and blueprints is an asset.
