  • Set Performance Expectations: Set clear performance expectations and provide on-the-job feedback to ensure team members are meeting their goals.
  • Provide Outstanding Service: Ensure efficient Front End and Remote Cashier operations by providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Handle Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure a Safe Working Environment: Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience with a proven track record of leading a team to achieve excellent customer service results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of Policies and Procedures: Knowledge of all policies, procedures, and duties related to customer transactions, cash handling, the service desk, and lot operations.
  • Decision Making and Problem Solving: Excellent decision-making ability and problem-solving skills to handle complex customer issues.
