Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team at CTC Golf and Turf. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and performing other outdoor labor tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod or seed and planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a well-manicured appearance.
  • Cut grass and perform other outdoor labor tasks as needed.
  • Rake and collect refuse, and remove litter and garbage from the grounds.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other tools.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Will train on the job.
Work Environment

Our team works in various locations, including golf courses and other outdoor settings. As a Landscape Labourer, you will be exposed to the elements and will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
